The Women’s Ministry of Calvary Monterey exists for God’s glory and to edify and exhort the women in our Body to be all that they can be in Him and for Him. Colossians 1: 16-17 tells us that everything is for the Lord and that things “hold together” in Him. So, it is our desire to disciple women in drawing close to Jesus through the study of His Word and prayer so that they can lead cohesive lives that give God glory and become a blessing to their families, churches and communities.

Mentoring
Women’s Mentoring at Calvary Monterey is the “centerpiece” of our Women’s Ministry . If you are struggling in your spiritual growth or feel that it is time for you to go a step deeper, you may benefit from having a spiritual mentor. You can inquire about finding a mentor by contacting Denise Buck at denise@calvary.com or call her at 831-649-1158, ext. 16. Mentoring applications are available in the Church office and online (online version here). We will call you back and prayerfully match you up with one of the Calvary women who have been prepared to serve as Mentors.

Bible Study:
Ephesians 1: 3 and II Peter 1: 3 are similar verses which remind us that we have been provided with everything we need to live Godly lives in Christ Jesus. Women's study will be resuming Tuesday July 9th, at 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM for the summer semester. We have Women’s Bible Study in January and February and then again July –August. Childcare is provided for children up to age 12 for the morning study only. We teach through various books of the Bible, but not in consecutive order. Biblical Counseling:
If are seeking to walk with God in a deeper measure, are in a crisis in your life or have a major life decision to make, God would want you to seek Godly counsel (Proverbs 15: 22). Biblical counseling is offered for women through the church offices or you can call Denise Buck directly at 831-649-1158, ext. 16, leave a message and she will call you back to set an appointment for you.
